Deep Tissue Massage is RMT'S main modality and is used in all our therapies to assist with improving energy levels, deep relaxation, recovery and to encourage overall health and well-being.
Deep Tissue Massage - Varying degrees of pressure, firm, deep and can be penetrating in nature, includes, releasing the deeper layers of muscle and fascia, trigger pointing.
Very effective but can be slightly unpleasant at times. An excellent therapy to optimize the body.

Fusions of massage modalities and specific massage techniques are used in our therapies that seamlessly blend together to assist the body to heal naturally.
MODALITIES
Modalities such as deep tissue, ancient stone, rejuvenating, and sports massage are used in our therapies to release chronic patterns of tension, improve circulation, energy and alertness within the body.
TECHNIQUES
Deep Longitudinal Stripping - encourages tissue elongation and elasticity, restores normal muscle fiber length, identifies trigger points, and promotes local circulation.
Tigger Point - increases blood circulation, decreases pain, relieves tight muscle groups, increases range of movement, removes waste products and breaks down fibrous tissue.
Stretching - increases range of motion in joints, elongates muscles groups, improves flexibility, mobility and stability.
Heat - assists fresh blood and oxygen flow, sedates the nervous system, promotes deep relaxation and encourages the body to heal naturally.

NO-SHOW & CANCELATION POLICY

RMT understands that unexpected circumstances are unavoidable, and a cancellation of appointments may be necessary.
As cancellations and no-shows have a significant impact on RMT'S business, we need to enforce our policies and trust you to understand why we need to do so.
POLICIES
If you find you are unable to keep an appointment, RMT kindly requests that clients give 24-hour notice.
This enables RMT to schedule another appointment in this time block.
If 24-hour hours notice isn’t given, a fee of 50% will be charged for the booked appointment.
ARRIVAL AND NO-SHOW
Please ensure you arrive on time for your appointment as a courtesy to the client that follows.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, RMT can not guarantee the treatment to be completed, and payment will be equivalent to the booked appointment.
If you simply do not show up, payment will be equivalent to the booked appointment.
RMT appreciates your help in this matter; it helps us to maintain high service levels for our customers and business.
